Terms of Service

The service

Autonomized LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we," "us"), provides subscription software: a CRM with AI agents that answer and place calls and texts, book appointments, send secure payment links, and maintain records for your business ("the Service"). We host, operate, and maintain the platform; you configure your account with your own business information. New orders require acceptance of these terms by an authorized representative of the customer business before payment or activation.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

• Business. $449 per workspace per month, plus usage under the rate schedule you accept before activation. Enterprise pricing and service scope are set out in your written agreement.
• Review before payment. Your order must show the subscription price, applicable usage rates, spending limit and billing start date before you pay. These terms do not create an annual discount or authorize an undisclosed charge.
• Introductory month. Closed to new orders as of 10 September 2026. This clause continues to govern any order already made that includes a first-month platform-fee waiver; those orders are unchanged. Where your order includes a first-month platform-fee waiver, only the platform fee is waived. Usage remains payable under your accepted rate schedule. Your order must state eligibility, the waiver's start and end dates, the usage limit and when the $449 monthly subscription begins. Starting paid billing early requires your affirmative confirmation. No free usage credit is implied.
• Automatic renewal. Business subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Enterprise and existing annual arrangements renew as stated in their agreements. Cancel from your dashboard or through Autonomized.io support; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and stops future renewal.
• Renewal at our discretion. We may decline renewal with notice before the renewal date. Service already paid for is not cut short by non-renewal, and your data export rights are unaffected.
• Cancellation and refunds. Cancel anytime. The trial is $99 for seven days, with limited access. Within seven days of a charge, unused usage is refunded pro rata. After seven days there is no refund, and service continues through your cancellation date.
• Charges already incurred. Cancellation does not remove payment obligations for authorized usage already incurred.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Accepting an order or returning from checkout does not by itself confirm payment, activate a workspace or authorize outbound communications.

Usage and spending authorization

Phone and non-phone work may incur usage charges under the rate schedule in your accepted order. No additional paid usage is authorized beyond your agreed spending limit unless you expressly increase it. A platform-fee waiver does not waive usage charges or authorize unlimited work. Setup, payment and paid work must remain unavailable where the required billing, consent or spending controls are not ready.

Existing customers

This new-order offer does not retroactively change an existing customer's price, subscription or agreement. Your existing agreement continues until a change is agreed through the applicable notice and acceptance process. The previous terms remain available for reference.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information (offers, prices, hours), the AI represents your business based on what you give us.
• Obtain any consent required to contact your leads and customers by phone and text, and use the Service in compliance with applicable laws (including the TCPA and state telemarketing rules). Outbound marketing calls and texts placed with automated or AI-voice technology require prior express written consent.
• Do not load purchased, rented, scraped, or cold third-party lead lists for outbound contact. Claims arising from contacts or lists you provide are your responsibility, as detailed in the Client Onboarding Agreement signed at onboarding.
• Do not use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive communications.

AI disclosure and limits

The Service uses artificial intelligence, including AI-generated voice. Our AI agents identify themselves as AI. AI output can be imperfect; you are responsible for reviewing important communications and outcomes. The Service does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice.

Conversations and data

Calls and messages handled by the Service may be recorded, transcribed, and logged so you can review them in your CRM and so we can maintain quality. Your data is yours: it is isolated per account, portable, and exportable at any time. See our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use and suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or create legal risk (for example, spam or prohibited telemarketing). Where practical we'll warn you first.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is." Demos and examples on this site show how the product works. They are not your results, and they are not other customers' results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Material changes to an existing agreement follow its applicable notice and acceptance process; this page does not retroactively authorize new charges.
