Choose how to fund extras: a prepaid reserve from $20, or an expressly approved monthly bill with a spending cap. Monthly bills fall on your subscription anniversary. Purchased reserve never expires. No automatic plan upgrade. Auto-refill is not enabled. Monthly postpaid limits are up to $100 / $200 / $300 / $500 by plan; your approved cap starts at $0. Reserve is purchased separately.

AI work uses.
AI Actions describe completed work. AI Credits measure paid model usage. A task may involve several model turns; manual CRM actions and fixed rules use no AI Credits. Calls and SMS have separate meters, and ordinary in-call reasoning is included in call usage.

Rates apply only when the supported workflow uses that model. Anthropic cache creation uses 1.25× the input rate for five-minute caching or 2× for one-hour caching. Reused cache uses the cached-input rate. Pending tasks reserve their maximum supported usage, then settle to verified usage. Unsupported models, media and paid tools cannot start without a reviewed rate. A credit is not a promise of one action or message.
For example, 2,000 uncached input tokens plus 500 output tokens on Haiku use 4.5 credits. After your included credits, that is $0.027. Actual context and output determine usage. Tasks have finite limits on size, turns and total cost; a larger request may need to be split.

Does Basic include the core CRM?
Yes. Every self-service plan includes the supported core CRM capabilities and manual CRM work and fixed rules. Higher plans add team capacity and included usage. Routine record updates, tasks and pipeline maintenance do not consume your AI work allowance.
How are calls and texts counted?
Call allowances cover supported US domestic calls, measured in connected seconds across inbound and outbound calls. Both inbound and outbound SMS segments count. Long messages and some characters can use multiple segments. Extra supported calls are $0.99 per minute; extra SMS is $0.09 per segment.
What are AI Actions and AI Credits?
AI Credits fund paid model reasoning across chat and autonomous workflows. AI Actions describe the work completed; an action is not a fixed-cost credit. Manual CRM and fixed rules use no AI Credits. Longer context and more capable models can use more. Unpriced paid tools and unsupported media are held for review. The plans include 25,000, 50,000, 100,000 and 200,000 credits. What happens after included usage is used?
Extra usage requires your authorization. The new plans use the included allowance for each service first, purchased usage reserve second, and authorized postpaid extras third. Manual CRM work remains included while the base subscription is active. You choose spending controls; your plan never upgrades automatically.
Does purchased reserve expire?
Purchased usage reserve never expires and stays separate from monthly included allowances. Choose any amount of $20 or more. Included allowances reset on your monthly subscription anniversary; unused included usage does not roll over. Reserve is for metered usage, not subscriptions or recurring add-ons.
Can I add teammates or capacity?
Contact support to review additional capacity or a plan change. Changes need a confirmed quote and your approval. Existing data is retained at a capacity limit; new allocations pause until room is available.
Which plan is best if I mainly need call minutes?
Compare the same workload in the calculator. Extra supported call minutes are $0.99 on every plan, so Basic can cost less for a business focused on minutes. Pro adds five included seats, twice the AI capacity, more contacts, more storage and a larger text allowance. Choose the total capacity your business needs.
Will I know before usage runs out?
The new billing experience separates monthly usage from stored capacity and shows recorded usage, remaining allowance and reset dates. Alerts at 80%, 90% and 100%, plus pace forecasts where enough data is available, help you plan. A meter that is not connected is labeled unavailable. At an authorized spending limit, paid work pauses with a clear next step; no automatic upgrade or promise of unlimited unpaid service.
