Workspace plan information updated September 19, 2026. All prices are USD, plus applicable taxes. Your written order confirms the applicable service scope, usage schedule, activation date and billing authority before you pay. Submitting a setup brief does not create a subscription.

Current workspace plans

Autonomized publishes Basic, Pro, Business and Business+ workspace plans. The current pricing page lists subscription prices, included call, text and chat allowances, capacity and authorized extras. Enterprise scope is agreed separately. New-plan activation is being finalized; use the free live demo to explore your setup. Existing agreements and subscriptions are unchanged unless you approve a change.

The introductory month (withdrawn)

This offer is closed to new customers as of 10 September 2026. The waived platform fee and the associated trial terms are no longer available and are not offered on any current plan. Customers who already hold a written agreement made under that offer continue under the terms of that agreement, which are unchanged by this withdrawal; see the terms or contact support. Check the pricing page for current activation availability. A previous trial or promotion does not establish a current offer.

Cancellation and refunds

Your accepted order and applicable terms set the cancellation and refund policy for your service. Confirm those terms before billing. Publishing new workspace plans does not amend an existing agreement.

Agency partnership

Agency commercial terms are not published. Per-client platform charges, any licence minimum, the commitment length, how long a rate holds and any platform credit are stated in a written partner proposal issued after we review your portfolio and the workflow you intend to sell. Submitting a setup brief does not qualify you for, or entitle you to, any particular terms, and does not create an account or a portal. The structure of the agreement is as follows.

• The agency is the paying customer for each subscribed production client workspace, plus authorized usage. There is no separate agency platform fee on top of the per-client charge.
• Where the proposal includes a committed licence minimum, unfilled committed licences are still payable, and the commitment period and renewal behavior are stated in the proposal.
• Additional production licences are prorated to the agency billing anniversary. Client cancellations take effect at renewal. Disabling phones or not logging in does not cancel a subscribed licence. A licence does not permit simultaneous use by unrelated client businesses.
• Any change to agreed platform charges receives 60 days’ notice.
• Standard web white labeling, an agency administration workspace and one non-production demo workspace are included. Live demo usage is paid. Operating the agency’s own real business requires a production licence. Dedicated native apps, custom engineering, complex migrations and specialized environments require a separate scope.
• The agency sets its retail prices, bills and supports its clients, and pays Autonomized for subscriptions and authorized usage. We do not take a percentage of its additional subscription or service revenue. The agency remains responsible for its own retail expenses and commitments.
• We do not directly solicit registered agency customers. Customer-requested transfers, authorized exports, support, service notices and necessary legal or privacy disclosures remain possible. Public Business pricing remains public.

Founding partner launch

The initial hands-on cohort is limited to 10 qualified agencies, subject to confirmed availability and workflow scope. It includes up to two hours of first-client migration assistance and one joint sales call. The waived-fee evaluation for one consenting client is closed to new agencies as of 10 September 2026 and is not offered on any current partner proposal; agencies holding a written proposal made under it continue on the terms of that proposal, unchanged by this withdrawal. Each client is subscribed as one production licence plus usage on the terms set out in the agency’s written proposal. Other clients are separately subscribed.

One platform credit is earned after five real client workspaces each pay two monthly subscription invoices without a refund or payment dispute. It applies to a later platform invoice, not usage. Its value is stated in the partner proposal. It is limited to one credit per qualifying founding agency, cannot be stacked, and has no cash value. Empty minimum seats do not earn the credit.

Migration and activation

Your setup brief and browser-based CSV check prepare a rollout. They do not import CRM contacts, port phone numbers, connect payment accounts, create production tenants or activate customer workflows. Each client’s migration requires authority, a supported data map, preserved consent and suppression, successful reconciliation and an agreed cutover. Existing systems can remain in use for workflows that have not moved.

We confirm standard branding, connected actions and support scope before enrollment. A separately branded native app, blanket feature parity with another CRM, or a SOC 2/ISO certificate is not implied by this offer.

Usage and spending controls

Current workspace plans include separate call, text and the AI workforce chat allowances. Review the pricing page for included capacity, purchased reserve and authorized extras. Confirm your applicable rates and spending controls before activation. A collection threshold is not a spending cap. A budget calculator is an estimate; it neither configures an account limit nor guarantees a quantity of work.

Agencies may charge usage separately or include a bounded allowance in a package, and remain responsible for the usage charged to their own account. Avoid unlimited retail promises unless your own agreement and economics support them.

Existing customers

Your existing written agreement continues until a change is agreed. The terms of service explain the new-order offer and preserve existing agreements. Your applicable rates, spending limit and billing start date must be accepted before payment or activation.
