AUTONOMIZED / FOR AGENCIES LEAVING OR EXTENDING HIGHLEVEL
Considering a GoHighLevel alternative for your agency?
Most agencies looking for one do not need every module replaced. They need one client workflow to work better, under their own brand, without betting a portfolio on a weekend cutover. This page is written to help you decide that honestly — including where HighLevel is still the stronger answer.
01 / WHO THIS SUITS
Who the partnership
is actually for.
It fits when
- You already have a portfolio of paying business clients, not a first client still to win.
- You know one industry well enough that a single workflow template serves many of your clients.
- Your agency wants to keep billing the client and answering them first.
- There is one workflow you already sell that you could measure before and after.
It does not fit when
- You need websites, funnels, courses, communities and social publishing replaced on day one.
- You want an entire portfolio moved in a single weekend.
- Your client requires a formal security attestation before signing.
02 / WHAT YOUR AGENCY SELLS
A branded CRM and
connected Anna workflows.
Your client buys a CRM with your name on it and one workflow that Anna runs inside agreed permissions. So that you can sell it without overstating it, here is the line between what is in the product today and what we confirm with you per client.
In the product today
- Customer and task records, pipeline, intake, service catalogue, business hours, booking and rescheduling.
- Calls, shared inbox, email and SMS, quotes, invoices and payments, files and knowledge.
- Anna’s voice and actions with explicit approval states — proposed, approved, queued, provider-accepted, completed — plus consent, spending limits, cancellation and failure receipts.
- An auditable activity history, notifications, analytics and measured usage.
- A manual CRM that stays usable when AI or its allowance is unavailable.
- A reusable industry intake, workflow template and a browser-side client inventory check that proposes rollout groups.
Confirmed per client during partner review
- The complete branded end-customer experience. The branding and access foundation is deployed; the finished public experience is agreed with you before you promise it to a client.
- Client checkout, payment mapping and the client invitation, exercised together on your first client.
- End-to-end carrier behaviour for your client’s numbers, and acceptance by that client.
- Automatic deployment of a production template into a new client account, and exception handling on real batch imports.
- Signed desktop and mobile builds. The web product is live; signed Mac, Windows, iOS and Android delivery is committed work, not a released feature.
- Your industry’s specific integrations, permissions and rollout scope.
To be explicit about what this is not: it is not a fully autonomous replacement for everything your clients run; we are not the market leader and do not claim to be better in every category; we hold no SOC 2 attestation; and there is no instant bulk migration of a portfolio. An agency that repeats a claim like that to a client is the one left holding it. HighLevel’s breadth and its existing agency economics are real switching costs, and this offer is at a founding-partner stage with no published customer case study yet.
03 / BY BUYER REQUIREMENT
Compare on what
you actually buy.
Feature-count comparisons are not useful to an agency owner. These are the eight requirements that decide the purchase. HighLevel’s column is drawn from its own current documentation, linked in Sources.
| Requirement | HighLevel today | Autonomized, and what we verify first |
|---|---|---|
| Your brand on the product | SaaS mode supports reselling the platform under the agency’s brand and removing HighLevel’s identity from the application and system-generated links. A white-label desktop app, a branded mobile app and a branded certification programme are separately priced add-ons. | Standard web branding is included in the partner offer, so your client sees your name. There is no branded app-store binary from us today. We agree the finished branded experience with you before your client sees it. |
| A workspace per client | The Unlimited and Agency Pro plans include unlimited sub-accounts. The pricing page attributes SaaS mode with automated sub-account creation to Agency Pro. | One shared business record with per-client provisioning and controlled partner and client access. We start with one accepted client, then agreed groups — real imports and batch exception handling are still being integrated, so we do not promise bulk provisioning. |
| Client billing and first-line support | SaaS mode lets an agency set its own plans and prices and rebill usage. Rebilling with markup is listed as an Agency Pro capability; the Unlimited plan lists rebilling without markup. | You set your retail price, invoice your client and answer them first. We do not solicit your registered agency customers. Checkout, payment mapping and the client invitation are exercised together during your pilot rather than assumed. |
| Connected AI workflows | Conversation AI, Voice AI and Content AI are listed across the plans, with AI usage and telephony charged separately. | HighLevel has AI. The difference we argue is accountability, not existence: Anna acts on the same records behind deterministic tenant and policy gates, and every action shows whether it was proposed, approved, queued, accepted by the provider or completed — with a receipt when it fails. We do not claim a fully autonomous replacement. |
| Reusable setup across clients | Snapshots copy configuration: workflows and triggers, funnels, forms, calendars, custom fields, objects and pipelines, dashboards, templates and knowledge bases. Agent Studio snapshots carry an agent’s flow structure, node configuration, connected knowledge bases and version state. | A reusable industry intake, a workflow template per industry and an inventory check that proposes rollout groups. Automatic production template deployment into a new client account still needs validation, so today the second client is faster, not instant. |
| Data migration | Snapshots are for configuration, not operational data. Contacts, appointments, conversations and message history, live account activity, integrations and third-party connections do not transfer. | The same reality applies to us, and we say so before you sell a switch. Each dependency is exported, mapped, deduplicated, reconciled, reconnected and accepted on its own. Our CSV inventory checker validates a client list in your browser — it is not an importer and it does not connect to HighLevel. |
| Phone numbers and payment connections | Phone numbers assigned to Voice AI agents do not transfer in a snapshot, and third-party account connections including Stripe do not transfer. | Numbers, carrier registration, recordings, message history, consent state and payment connections are each a separate decision per client, settled before cutover. Some are kept where they are rather than moved. End-to-end carrier behaviour is a gate we test in the pilot. |
| Enterprise assurance | HighLevel publishes an Enterprise tier with custom pricing alongside its standard plans. | We hold no SOC 2 or equivalent attestation and will not imply one. What exists is tenant and policy separation, identity binding, consent, spending limits and an auditable activity history. If your client requires a formal attestation to sign, we are not the right answer today. |
Commercial terms for the partnership are not published. They are issued in a written partner proposal after qualification.
04 / TRANSITION CHECKLIST
Move one client well.
Then the next group.
- 01
Inventory what actually runs
Per client, list the systems, workflows, automations and integrations in daily use — not the ones that were built and abandoned.
- 02
Confirm authority and export access
Get the client’s written authority and working export access before anything is touched. No data moves on an assumption.
- 03
Pilot one business end to end
One client, one workflow, running alongside what they already depend on.
- 04
Reconcile every import
Compare counts, find duplicates and list exceptions. An import that has not been reconciled has not finished.
- 05
Verify one complete workflow
Lead to saved customer to confirmed booking to authorised payment to follow-up and receipt — including what happens when a step fails.
- 06
Move in agreed groups
Reuse the validated configuration for the next agreed group. Each client confirms its own activation.
- 07
Keep rollback until acceptance
The previous system stays available until the client accepts. Cancel the old subscription after acceptance, not before.
Each of these needs its own portability decision
- Calls and recordings
- Where the history lives afterwards, and whether recordings are exported or left in place.
- Phone numbers
- Porting, carrier registration and the risk window while a number is in transit.
- Messages and conversation history
- What is exported, what is archived read-only and what is simply left behind.
- Consent and opt-out state
- This must survive the move intact. It is the one item with no acceptable gap.
- Payments
- Processor connections, stored payment methods and existing subscriptions each reconnect separately.
- Funnels, sites, courses and communities
- Usually kept where they are until a specific replacement passes.
- Third-party integrations
- Scopes, credentials, token refresh and what happens on disconnection, per client tool.
The CSV inventory checker is not an importer. It validates a client list in your browser — headers, duplicate keys, quoting, row limits — and proposes rollout groups. It does not connect to HighLevel, it does not read your accounts and it moves no data. Every migration above is still a per-dependency decision with a human accepting the result.
05 / QUESTIONS AGENCIES ASK
The five that
decide it.
- Can we sell this under our own brand?
- Yes. Standard web branding is part of the partner offer, so your client sees your agency. The branding and access foundation is deployed and the finished branded end-customer experience is agreed with you before launch. We do not offer a branded app-store binary today.
- Can we choose our own retail price?
- Yes. You decide what each client pays, you invoice them and you own the relationship. Nothing on this page is a quote in either direction.
- Do all our clients have to switch at once?
- No, and we would advise against it. One client is proven first, then agreed groups. A forced portfolio cutover is not something we support.
- What happens to phone numbers and message history?
- Neither moves automatically, in either product. Numbers, carrier registration, history and consent state are separate portability decisions taken per client before cutover, and some are deliberately left in place.
- How do we get partner terms?
- Commercial terms are issued in a written partner proposal after qualification. We review your portfolio, the workflow you want to sell and the rollout scope first. There are no rates published on this site.
